Making this on repeat 🤭 the ultimate high-protein snack with all the Easter treats! I used @Macr0Mike Choc Marshmallow Easter Egg Protein from their new Easter range. Recipe: 200g yoghurt 25g @Macr0Mike Choc Marshmallow Easter Egg Protein 15g @Macr0Mike powdered peanut butter (+ water to mix) 1 tsp cocoa powder ½ banana, sliced 2 crumbled plain biscuits 5g mini marshmallows 8 mini eggs, crushed Method: Mix yoghurt and protein powder in a bowl. Spread onto a lined tray. Top with banana slices. Mix cocoa powder and half the peanut butter (add extra water if needed), then drizzle over yoghurt. Sprinkle crumbled biscuits, mini marshmallows, and crushed mini eggs. Freeze 3–4 hours (overnight is best). Break or slice into pieces. Double Choc Easter Blondies🐰🍫🌸 The Easter drop we’ve all been waiting for is BACK🍫✨ I turned @macr0mike’s White Choc Malt Easter Egg Protein into the fudgiest, most chocolate-loaded Double Choc Easter Blondies… and they did NOT disappoint🤎 #RECIPE 130g unsalted butter (or Nuttelex) 150g brown sugar 1 egg (or 1 flax egg) ½ tbsp vanilla bean paste 100g all-purpose flour 40g @macr0mike White Choc Malt Easter Egg Almond Protein ¼ tsp baking powder 1 bag chocolate mini eggs, roughly chopped Preheat oven to 180°C and line a square baking tin with baking paper. Melt the butter in the microwave. Add brown sugar and whisk until combined. Let cool for 5 minutes. Add the egg and vanilla. Whisk again until smooth. Stir in flour, protein powder and baking powder until just combined. Fold through chopped mini eggs (save a few for the top). Pour into lined tin, spread evenly and scatter remaining mini eggs on top. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until slightly golden on top but still soft in the centre. Let cool completely (pop in the fridge for extra fudgy vibes). 🐣 EASTER PROTEIN PEANUT BUTTER CUPS 🍫 Suitable 24+ months* 👶🏼 Makes 8 These are such a simple little treat to have on hand for this Easter. They are rich, chocolatey and have that classic peanut butter centre with a protein boost for the adults (see notes for swaps when making for littles*). INGREDIENTS For the filling: 2/3 cup of natural peanut butter 1/2 cup of @macr0mike White Choc Pistachio Easter Egg Almond Protein (sub with almond or oat flour for little ones) Chocolate coating: 1/4 cup cacao powder 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted 1 tbsp maple syrup Optional to decorate: 20g vegan white chocolate, melted 1/4 cup pistachios, very finely crushed HOW TO: In a bowl, mix the peanut butter and protein powder until a thick dough forms. Divide into 8 portions and shape into small discs or balls, gently shaping to an egg shape. Place onto a lined tray and freeze until firm ~10 mins. In a small bowl, stir together the cacao powder, melted coconut oil and maple syrup until smooth. Remove the filling from the freezer and dip each piece into the chocolate to coat. Let excess drip off, then place back onto the lined tray and quickly sprinkle over crushed pistachios before the chocolate sets. Freeze for 5 minutes until the chocolate is firm. Drizzle with the optional melted vegan white chocolate and enjoy! NOTES: Store in the fridge for up to one week, or freeze for up to 2 months. Enjoy cold. Thanks for the inspo @wellamadekiley 👌 Protein packed using Macro Mike Choc Easter Egg Almond Protein and this is only available for a limited time only!🥵🔥 Make sure you save this recipe💗 Recipe by @noaawilliams See notes below for texture tips. 📝Ingredients: 3 ripe bananas 1/4 cup almond butter 2 eggs 55g butter 45ml maple syrup, I used sugar free Vanilla extract, measure with your heart 1/2 cup cocoa powder 30g @macr0mike Chocolate Easter Egg Almond Protein 1/2 tsp baking soda Pinch of salt 75g chocolate, chopped from a block because it melts better 🧑🍳Method: Preheat oven to 180°C and line a small baking tin with baking paper. Add the butter to a saucepan over medium-high heat. Allow it to melt and lightly brown (about 3–5 minutes). Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth. Add the eggs, maple syrup and vanilla, then whisk to combine. While whisking, slowly pour in the browned butter. Stir in the cocoa powder, protein powder, baking soda and salt until a thick batter forms. Fold through the chocolate, reserving some for the top. Pour into the lined tin and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the centre is just set. Allow to cool for about 15 minutes before slicing so they set. Texture notes: For a firmer brownie, refrigerate once cooled.
